Simple Home Buyers Agreement

The rest of this document will focus on providing a large amount of information on the terms of this agreement. It is strongly recommended that both parties be given sufficient time to verify this information responsibly. Some of these items also require attention. The first “X. Survey”, which gives the buyer the right to obtain a real estate survey before the closing date. If no acceptable solution is found within this period, this sales contract will automatically end and the Earnest Money paid by the buyer must be returned (in full). Every transaction is different, so not all real estate purchase contracts are the same. However, there are some fundamental elements that should be included in every sales contract.
